Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their growing sales team on a permanent, full time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and day to day customer communications, whilst supporting the continued development of existing and prospective accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing accurate verbal and written quotations in response to customer enquiries
- Reviewing, following up, and negotiating quotations where appropriate
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and arranging proof of delivery where required
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support profitable business growth
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within ERP and internal systems
You will need:
- Previous experience within an internal sales, account management, or customer focused sales role
- Experience within metals, engineering, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or raw materials sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent numerical skills
