Role Overview We are recruiting General Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Elland (HX5). These are temp-to-perm positions offering long-term opportunities following a successful 13-week period. Key Details: * 12-hour continental shifts (7am or 7pm start) * 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, including both day & night shifts * Candidates must be able to commit to the continental shift pattern. Key Duties: * Light machine operation * Packing products * General production tasks * Light lifting duties * Assisting machine operators * General housekeeping duties Requirements: * Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on the rotating shift pattern * Reliable, with a good work ethic * Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial, but not essential Additional Information: * Immediate starts available * Great opportunity for a long-term, stable role
