Exciting Line Leader Opportunities – Join an Award-Winning Contract Packing Team in Featherstone Are you a confident, hands-on leader who motivates teams and drives results? Our award-winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their fast-paced production site in Featherstone. These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment. Shifts: Rotating weekly – 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets * Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI) * Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans * Monitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions) * Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards * Keep accurate digital and paper records * Support internal and external hygiene audits * Promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go principles * Provide team feedback and liaise with agency controllers * Set the standard as a role model for best practices * Monitor and reduce waste wherever possible * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Take ownership of your development through training and hands-on experience What We’re Looking For: * Supervisory experience in a production or packing environment, ideally in food or FMCG * Hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example * Strong communication and team management skills Concept Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
