The business focuses on specialist, high-end bespoke work and low-volume production, offering an interesting and varied workload rather than repetitive mass production.

This role would suit someone who enjoys precision work, problem-solving and variety, as much of the work is bespoke and requires a high level of skill and attention to detail.

- Producing one-off and small batch components
- Working from engineering drawings and samples
- Carrying out screw cutting and general turning operations
- Managing your own workload and working to production schedules

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Manual Turner / Manual Machinist
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience producing bespoke or low-volume components
- Ideally some experience with NC lathe work
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
What’s On Offer
- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Modern, well-equipped machine shop
- Supportive engineering team environment
- Varied and interesting work on specialist hydraulic equipment
- Long-term stability with an established engineering business
