A well established and highly regarded organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Claims Handler to join its growing team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong claims background who enjoys managing cases from initial notification through to resolution. The successful candidate will join a supportive, professional team with genuine opportunities for development and progression.
The Role - You will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury claims, working closely with insurers, clients, experts and third parties to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement
- Handling liability
- Communicating with claimants, solicitors, experts, insurers and statutory bodies
- Maintaining accurate claims, reserve and risk information
- Working within agreed client and procedural guidelines
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For - Claims experience within any of the following: Motor claims, Road traffic accident claims, Serious injury claims, Insurance claims handling.
