Recruitment & Business Support Assistant
Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Salary: £25,000 per year + benefits
Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday)

Our success depends on our people—and we’re now looking for a motivated Recruitment & Business Support Assistant to join our growing team.
The Recruitment & Business Support Assistant is a varied role, perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to develop in recruitment and office/business support. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and coordinating talent for our projects while ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Recruitment & Talent Resourcing
- Posting job adverts and managing candidate responses
- Sourcing and screening CVs, sharing shortlists with your line manager
- Scheduling interviews and assessments
- Maintaining candidate records and keeping systems up to date
Administrative & Business Support
- Providing general administrative support to office and site-based teams
- Managing office supplies and equipment setup
- Handling project-specific purchases and equipment hires
- Answering calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and documentation
- Supporting internal communications and helping organise team events
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or office support
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal (telephone experience essential)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Enthusiasm to learn about recruitment and business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
