You’ll be the backbone of the office – keeping everything ticking along and ensuring both our team and operations are fully supported. Your day-to-day might include:
- Managing reception, calls, mail, meeting rooms, and travel bookings
- Coordinating diaries, arranging events, and preparing board papers
- Handling supplies, stationery, and CRM updates
- Keeping the office running smoothly – from cleaners to fire drills to ordering groceries
- Overseeing contracts, health & safety, and facilities management
- Supporting HR, compliance training, and staff onboarding
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will be the same – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
