If you’re a Senior Account Manager who enjoys taking full ownership of client relationships, influencing strategy, and leading complex projects from start to finish, this role offers real scope. You’ll work on high-profile healthcare accounts where the work matters, the clients are engaged, and your input genuinely shapes the outcome.
You’ll join a collaborative agency team delivering nationally and internationally significant campaigns. It’s large enough to offer scale and impact, but structured in a way that gives you autonomy, visibility and influence. You won’t just manage delivery. You’ll drive it.
The role
You’ll take strategic and commercial responsibility for a portfolio of key healthcare-related accounts. Acting as the senior day-to-day lead, you’ll guide campaign planning, oversee execution, and ensure delivery is on time, on budget and commercially sound.
You’ll work closely with creatives, digital specialists and junior account team members, setting direction, managing expectations, and maintaining high standards throughout. You’ll also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within your accounts and strengthening long-term partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing senior client relationships as a trusted partner
- Managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery
- Driving account growth through proactive opportunity spotting
- Taking ownership of budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
- Briefing and leading internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs
- Mentoring and supporting Account Managers and Account Executives
- Ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all deliverables

- Strong experience in a healthcare, digital or communications agency environment
- Proven ability to manage large or complex accounts with confidence
- Commercial awareness and comfort managing P&L responsibility
- Experience across digital channels including websites, email, social, video and animation
