If you’re an agency Account Manager who enjoys owning client relationships, keeping complex projects moving, and working closely with creative and digital teams, this role will feel like a strong step forward. It’s a chance to work on meaningful campaigns, with the autonomy to run accounts properly and the support of a collaborative agency environment around you.
You’ll join a close-knit client services team working on nationally and internationally significant projects. You’ll manage key accounts end to end, making sure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll take responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of marketing accounts, acting as the main day-to-day contact and trusted partner for your clients. You’ll work closely with senior account leads, creatives and digital specialists to deliver campaigns across a mix of channels, from digital and social through to content, video and training materials.
You’ll be involved in everything from planning and briefing through to delivery, feedback and commercial oversight, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and long-term client relationships.

Experience managing accounts within a digital or marketing communications agency. Confidence working across digital channels such as websites, email, social, video and animation. A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and estimates.
