The role:
- As Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business for a portfolio of clients; managing, growing, and delivering solutions that genuinely help them succeed.
- You’ll take ownership of:
- Developing and expanding profitable client accounts

- Creating proposals, quotes, and tailored solutions

Who are you?
- Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re comfortable talking to everyone from IT Managers to CEOs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with ease.
- Confident working independently, but equally collaborative when it counts.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines.
- A location within 20 miles of Northampton is ideal and you must drive and have your own car.
