We're representing a national brand with a busy digital team and plenty going on. They're looking for a CRM Executive who enjoys building campaigns, learning how customer journeys are shaped, and turning data into practical action. The role
Youâll play a key part in delivering lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and reactivation. Working closely with experienced CRM, digital and data colleagues, youâll help plan and build journeys, support ongoing optimisation, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows. Thereâs strong structure already in place, including segmentation and a rolling plan, so youâll be supported while learning how strategy comes together.
What youâll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of CRM and marketing operations plans
- Building and sending multiâchannel campaigns across email, SMS and other owned channels
- Helping to create triggered journeys, tests and optimisations
- Using segmentation and insight to improve targeting and relevance
- Maintaining templates, forms and basic platform setâup
- Tracking performance and helping turn results into recommendations
- Working with digital, data and IT teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Managing briefs and timelines with design and content teams
- Liaising with an external automation agency for more complex builds
What youâll bring
- Handsâon CRM or email marketing experience in B2B, B2C or mixed environments
- Experience using a modern CRM or marketing automation platform
- Confidence building campaigns, working with data and supporting A/B testing
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- An analytical approach and curiosity about what makes campaigns perform
- A good understanding of GDPR and email best practice
