What you will be doing
As an Analytical Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of analytical work across a portfolio of projects, ensuring outputs are consistently high quality, on time, and aligned to customer and business expectations. You will plan and coordinate team activities, effectively managing workloads and resources in a dynamic, multi-project environment. Staying close to the science, you will provide hands-on technical oversight, supporting method development, troubleshooting, and ensuring analytical data is robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in building a high performing, engaged team, providing coaching, mentoring, and clear direction to support individual and team success. You will champion effective processes, documentation, and compliance standards, ensuring the team operates efficiently and is always audit-ready. About You

- You will have broad technical knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g. UPLC-MS, SFC, NMR, GC-MS), with the ability to provide practical support and scientific direction.
- You will be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, allocate resources effectively, and deliver to timelines in a multi-project environment.
