From fixing everyday issues to supporting wider site improvements, your work will directly contribute to creating a high-quality environment for colleagues and visitors. What you will be doing:
- Keep the site running smoothly by completing routine maintenance tasks safely, to a high standard and on time
- Get involved in a variety of maintenance and improvement work, building your skills and confidence as you learn
- Keep clear and accurate records so information is easy to find and work is well tracked
- Help maintain a safe environment by carrying out checks and reporting any risks early
- Provide a helpful, responsive service to colleagues by resolving issues quickly or escalating when needed
- Make sure materials and supplies are available by keeping an eye on stock and flagging shortages
- Play your part in maintaining high safety standards every day
- Help keep the site clean, organised and running efficiently by supporting wider facilities activities
