Company: My clients are an established supplier of domestic appliances within the North West / West London for the past 20 years, dealing with both residential and commercial clients in all aspects of appliance repair.
Role: As a White Goods Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, diagnosing faults, and making vital repairs. With the right skills, knowledge, and a friendly smile, you’ll ensure every customer experience is exceptional. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving your company van and managing your day effectively, as you’ll primarily work independently.
- Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes.
- Applying your technical expertise across a range of white goods appliances.
- Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert.
While technical skill and efficiency are crucial, building rapport with customers is equally important. You’ll be welcomed into their homes, and it’s up to you to get their appliances back on track and put their minds at ease.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in white goods repairs.
