We are working with a global scale leading player in the market, who require a Support Engineer in the Managed Mobile space to join the organisation during a period of organic growth. You will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for the client’s IT infrastructure products and will be working with cutting-edge Mobile and Tablet technologies in a dynamic IT environment. You will specialise in supporting mobile and tablet devices, with a strong focus on leveraging the Microsoft Intune platform for mobile device management (MDM). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing platforms via Intune.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience of working with MDM devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets).
- Familiarity with Google Admin for ChromeOS management.
- Experience with scripting or automation to enhance device deployment and support processes.
- Knowledge of security best practices for mobile and tablet device management.
