Requirements
- Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP and LAN/WAN
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and device management is desirable
- Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID is desirable
- Experience working with backup solutions such as Veeam, Datto or Acronis is desirable
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware is desirable
- 2 years of 2nd Line IT Support experience is required
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for incidents and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft and infrastructure environments
- Take ownership of tickets through to resolution in line with SLA targets
- Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Support user management across Active Directory and Entra ID
- Assist with device management using Intune and Autopilot
- Support project work such as Microsoft 365 migrations and device deployments
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
