About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Joiner to deliver high-quality work across our project sites. This is a hands-on position where the Joiner will also support with driving duties, helping move materials, keep sites running smoothly, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
What You'll Be Doing
- Measuring, shaping, and cutting timber for shopfitting and site requirements
- Installing shop fittings, doors, casings, and other joinery elements to a high standard
- Supporting general site operations to keep everything running efficiently
- Ensuring sites are clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Carrying out van inspections and reporting any issues
- Delivering and collecting materials as required (keeping the van roadworthy)
- Following all health & safety procedures on-site
What We're Looking For
- Experience working to tight deadlines without cutting corners
- Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable - you'll actually use it)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety on-site
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Joiner or within construction is beneficial
