We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for long-term, ongoing agency assignments in Bath, Somerset. You will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, ensuring their safety, dignity and wellbeing at all times. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care. * Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans. * Monitor patients' mental health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition. * Administer medication safely and monitor its effectiveness. * Support individuals experiencing mental health crises and periods of distress. * Carry out risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management plans. * Use effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. * Promote recovery, independence, dignity and patient wellbeing. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control and clinical policies. Essential Requirements * Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. * Previous experience working within a mental health setting. * Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and relevant care practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally. * Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment. * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). * Right to work in the UK.
