Help drive commercial performance across a portfolio worth over £1bn. As FP&A Analyst, you’ll be part of the Portfolio Strategy Team — providing insight, forecasting, and performance data that drives value creation across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain consolidated performance models across portfolio companies
- Partner with Operating Partners to create turnaround plans and investment dashboards
- Conduct revenue, margin, and working capital analysis across verticals
- Prepare investment packs and board-level presentations
- Model M&A scenarios, integration planning, and post-deal KPI tracking
- Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial systems like NetSuite or TM1
- Track group-wide performance trends aligned with investment theses
Technical Requirements:
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong financial modelling (DCF, scenario, LBO a bonus)
- Awareness of UK GAAP / IFRS concepts
- Commercial acumen and ability to understand different operating models
