At Concept Care Community Services, we deliver specialist care to clients with neurological conditions, respiratory needs, physical disabilities, and complex medication requirements. We’re now looking for skilled Complex Carers to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
As a Complex Carer, you’ll support clients with diverse, high-dependency needs such as tracheostomies, PEG feeding, ventilator use, diabetes care, epilepsy management, or palliative support. Each care package is personalised, and your role is key to helping clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.
Duties
- Deliver personal care with dignity and compassion
- Monitor and manage ventilators, PEG feeds, or suction equipment
- Support with medication, blood sugar levels, and care plans
- Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers
- Document care delivery and report changes to health professionals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and calm home environment

About You
- Experienced in complex care (1:1 or clinical support preferred)
- Confident working with clinical equipment (tracheostomy/PEG/suction/etc.)
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries and safeguarding
- Calm, resilient, and able to follow emergency procedures
- Willing to work various shift patterns, including weekends
- A driver (preferred but not essential)
