The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll work closely with children and young people who have a range of complex needs and disabilities — including Autism, SEN, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. You’ll play a vital role in helping each child live safely, confidently, and with greater independence.

Duties

  • Supporting children with everyday tasks and community activities
  • Encouraging self-expression, communication, and social interaction
  • Providing personal care and assistance (bathing, washing, toileting)
  • Light domestic tasks (laundry, changing beds, general tidying)
  • Supporting positive attitudes across all cultural backgrounds and beliefs
  • Promoting inclusion, independence, and confidence
  • Maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality
