Responsibilities
- Provide Windows 11 Subject Matter Expert (SME) support focused on Windows Client Security.
- Apply expertise in Windows Defender client security features, including:
- Microsoft Defender SmartScreen
- System Guard
- Windows Defender Credential Guard
- Windows Defender Application Control (Application Control for Business)
- Remote Desktop Protection
- Microsoft Defender Firewall
- Windows Defender Exploit Guard
- Controlled Folder Access
- Attack Surface Reduction
- Network Protection
- Exploit Protection
- Windows Sandbox
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting using Windows Performance Monitor and Windows Performance Analyzer.
- Provisioning and management using Intune, Configuration Manager, and Group Policy for configuring security settings.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Windows 11 security features and enterprise security configurations.
- Experience with Windows Defender technologies and related security tooling.
- Experience with Intune, Configuration Manager, and Group Policy for security configuration and management.
