Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Representative to support operations within our Logistics Hub, part of the Asset Management function. This dynamic role combines administrative, logistical, and technical responsibilities to ensure the efficient handling, tracking, and delivery of IT equipment across the organisation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, confidently liaising with couriers, managing inventory systems, and supporting IT hardware processes including imaging, repairs, and disposal. You will play a key role in supporting remote employees by processing equipment orders, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring all equipment is safely packaged and delivered.
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices, along with proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems, is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Performing warehouse and logistics operations
- Responding to equipment requests and inquiries relating to ordering, delivery and return of IT equipment
- Processing equipment orders to support new employees working from home
- Liaising with couriers for the delivery and return of equipment
- Tracking equipment using MS Office, and specific provider portals
- Supporting inventory and asset tracking by keeping a careful record of stock and updating the distribution warehouse management system
- Ensure orders are packaged and labelled correctly and safely to prevent damage in transit
- Managing IT hardware imaging, repairs, and lifecycle processes
- Salvaging and preparing equipment for disposal or donation
- Cleaning, testing and sanitisation of returned equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with pallet truck
- Following workplace health and safety rules in distribution centres
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Experience in IT hardware processes including imaging, repairs, and disposal is desirable
