JOB DESCRIPTION

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position primarily receives inbound calls from customers requesting assistance with their accounts/purchases on their devices. Calls range from assisting with account information or billing questions, educating customers on purchasing information, or processing refunds. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

What You Will Do In This Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Help customers complete purchases and provide post order support
  • Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services
  • Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • A high school diploma or GED
