Inbound Sales Advisor – Site Based
Role
Inbound Sales Advisor, site based at 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR. Working with Vodafone on inbound sales and retention activities.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers, primarily those within the last 6 months of their contracts.
- Assist with contract retentions, selling additional products and services as required, and handle new customer inquiries.
Location & Schedule
- Site based: 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR
- Rotational shift pattern; 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8am–10pm & Saturday – Sunday 8am–8pm
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary £25,480 per year with uncapped bonus potential

What You’ll Need
