Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport. Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management.
  • Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals.
  • Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximize opportunity to retain. Following all appropriate FSA regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively.
  • Are proficient in English oral and written.
  • Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
