What you will do in this role:
- Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media.
- Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters to secure ongoing donations.
- Work professionally and efficiently with donors to maintain and drive great results.
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
- Ability to influence others.
- A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer-focused role.
- An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong attention to detail.
- PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems.

- Previous experience within a fundraising role.
