What You Will Do In This Role
- Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media.
- Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations.
- Being able to work professionally and efficiently dealing with donors to maintain and drive great results.
Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
- Ability to influence others.
- A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer focused role.
- A passion to deliver exceptional results.
- An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong attention to detail.
- PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems.
Preferred: Previous experience within a fundraising role.
