Our Social Support Game-changers will be immersed in virtual reality worlds, aiming to enhance seamless VR experiences. These game-changing careers will be permanently site based, at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR). You could be scheduled to work any day of the week between the hours of 7am - 7pm. You must be fully flexible during these times. We offer a salary of ÂŁ27019.20 per annum + additional perks and company benefits to help support your unique lifestyle.
What you will do in this role:
- Our team connects and engages with users on a global scale, via a range of communication channels, to provide support on an array of innovative VR technologies and products.
- Working as part of a dynamic, team-focused environment, you will help drive User satisfaction by:
- Providing resolutions to general or individual users.
- Helping identify opportunities to reduce customer effort.
- Constantly monitoring social media, forum channels and product review platforms.
- Creating and promoting engaging responses that encourage participation.
- Developing user-generated content.
- Actively working to identify and implement opportunities to cross leverage self-service content across digital channels.
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have professional experience or an in-depth understanding of social media support.
- Are fluent in English and French (B2 CEFR level).
- Have the availability to work 5 days per week, between 7am - 4pm.
- Have a typing speed of 55 WPM and accuracy of 95%.
- Have experience or interest in virtual reality gaming (desirable).
