Senior Project Manager, focused on the delivery of CCaaS implementation projects for the EMEA region.
As a Senior Lead Project Manager, you will oversee complex technology implementation projects, focusing specifically on AI and contact center solutions. This role requires a balanced understanding of technical aspects, financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Implementation:
- Utilize technology solutions to fulfill client business objectives.
- Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.
- Financial Management:
- Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Client Engagement:
- Interact effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
- Serve as the overall project lead, ensuring successful project completion.
Workstream Management:
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment across diverse teams.
Attention to Detail:
- Maintain precision and quality in project deliverables and processes.
PMO Compliance:
- Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.
Required skills:
- 10+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector
- Bachelor\’s degree in a related field.
- Strong budgeting, change management, and client engagement skills
- Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations, particularly with AWS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365
- Experience with project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning
- Fluency in English & French on a business level
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or related certifications
