We are looking to grow our permanent Customer Success team. Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have previous experience in either retail, hospitality, care or any other customer care facing role? Are you tech savvy? Do you enjoy adding value for the customer?
Here at Concentrix we are seeking people like you to guide our customers through our online suite of products for our client Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals. You will be part of a customer success team delivering support to Intuit customers on how to manage their QuickBooks online accounts.
This role is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team in both telephone and online queries for the customer. Learning to support in both aspects of the role. You will also learn added value and how to support the customer through your knowledge of the products we can offer and use of upsell to make sure that they are getting the best out of what is available to them.
What we can offer you:

- Mon – Fri, 40 hrs Between 8am and 7pm, No weekends
- Permanent Full-Time contract
- Salary - £12.25 per hour – annual salary £25,480 plus bonus earning potential

- Hybrid role with Office based role for the initial training/nesting period (approximately 3 months). Then you’ll have the option to work Hybrid with the requirement to attend site 2 days per week after sign off.
