We are seeking recent graduates from Ultimate Medical Academy for a remote Customer Service Representative position at Concentrix. This role involves providing customer support via inbound/outbound calls and online interactions, helping resolve routine issues related to our clients\’ products and services. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls using a call flow guide
- Assist customers with basic technical issues
- Document and retrieve information from databases
- Promote additional products or services
- Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy or from our recruiting partners
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED; some roles may require an associate degree or medical certification
- Open availability and residence in the United States
- Quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Proficiency in multitasking, computer skills, and fast learning
- High-speed internet and a smartphone
