We are seeking recent graduates from Ultimate Medical Academy for a remote Customer Service Representative position at Concentrix. This role involves providing customer support via inbound/outbound calls and online interactions, helping resolve routine issues related to our clients\’ products and services. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls using a call flow guide
• Assist customers with basic technical issues
• Document and retrieve information from databases
• Promote additional products or services
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy or from our recruiting partners
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED; some roles may require an associate degree or medical certification
• Open availability and residence in the United States
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Proficiency in multitasking, computer skills, and fast learning
• High-speed internet and a smartphone
