These game-changing careers will be permanently site based, at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR). Our team connects and engages with users on a global scale, via a range of communication channels, to provide support on an array of innovative VR technologies and products. Working as part of a dynamic, team-focused environment, you will help drive User satisfaction by:
- Help identify opportunities to reduce customer effort.
- Constantly monitoring social media, forum channels and product review platforms.
- Providing engagement activity support.
- Develop user-generated content.
- Actively working to identify and implement opportunities to cross leverage self-service content across digital channels.
Requirements:
- Have professional experience or an in-depth understanding of social media support.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 CEFR level).
- Have the availability to work 5 days per week, between 7am – 4pm.
- Typing speed 55 WPM and accuracy of 95%.
- Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable.
