Job Title: Banking – Fraud Agent Job Description Were looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our customer service team in our Team. We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of one of the UKs biggest banking organisations. Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 7am-11pm (Mon-Sun) As a Banking Fraud Advisor, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Our customers are those who find themselves as potential victims of fraudulent activity, which is why our teams play a vital role in listening to our customers and conducting thorough investigations to identify if banking transactions are legitimate or potential fraud. You will handle a variety of calls from customers who are confirmed victims of fraud providing them with updates & supporting them with ongoing investigations. This can be a distressing time for anyone, and it will be your role to take ownership of the call, assessing your customers needs & provide the best possible solution along with reassurance the matter is being addressed.
