The Innovation Lead is responsible for overseeing the Innovation projects. This will involve communication with the client in a consultancy dynamic to ensure that things are resolved as quickly as possible and to a high standard. You will work with the Sales team, focused on the Innovation opportunities. This role is ideal for people who want to take their tech sales management experience to the next level.
Duties and responsibilities
- Innovation projects lead for B2B Sales.
- Responsible for deliverable creation and presentation to clients, B2B Sales Innovation.
- Interfaces with delivery leadership and client.
- Accountable for all B2B Sales Innovation.
- Works with B2B team to identify, prioritize, scope, and staff projects.
- Oversees project scope, execution and quality.
- Provides B2B strategy SME, including frameworks.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B sales AND/OR strong consulting background (5 to 10 years).
- Prior delivery leadership, solution consulting, or sales excellence a plus.
- Desirable experience at the Google account or similar account and has good knowledge of their business model.
- EMEA based.
