The Associate Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of complex client accounts and developing processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the clientβs customers end-to-end, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base.
- Calling upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable.
- Ensuring that client's customers are satisfied with our client's services and resolving escalated issues - Dutch clients.
- Achieving revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth goals.
- Evaluating our client's customer needs and proposing potential solutions.
- Being a single contact for our client's customer.
- Using data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction.
- Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections.
- Working with multiple partners, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
- Managing sales territory and achieving monthly quotas.
- Negotiating in tough situations.
- Identifying risk and barriers to success; developing contingency plans.
- Identifying opportunities for additional product or service sales.
- Using data to help influence buying/renewal process.
- Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager.
