Customer Service Advisor - Roadside Assistance

• Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs. per week between the hours of 8am-7pm (Mon-Sun)

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be assisting with retaining customers, account queries, insurance policies, & helping customers renew their breakdown policies. You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls which involves putting into practice your sales and negotiation skills and techniques & maximizing on sales opportunities where possible.

• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

• Experience in working towards targets.

• Computer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems at any one time

• A wired internet connection & quiet place to work

• An hourly rate of £11.48 (£23,878.40 per year)
