The Director of WFM (WaaS) Go To Market is responsible for crafting, implementing, and scaling our Workforce Management capabilities into a distinct, market-leading solution. This role involves developing a comprehensive commercial strategy, from market positioning and solution design to pricing, packaging, and scaling models. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, Technology, and Enterprise Leadership to embed WaaS as a core value proposition within Concentrix’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision & Market Positioning: Define the WaaS vision, align strategies with enterprise priorities, and identify target segments and high-impact use-cases.
- Productisation & Solution Design: Transform workforce capabilities into well-defined WaaS products and services, ensuring scalability and repeatability.
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Enablement: Design pricing frameworks, build ROI models, and establish commercial guardrails to drive profitable growth.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Integrate WaaS into GTM strategies, develop sales enablement tools, and support strategic deals with executive sponsorship.
- Client Adoption & Scaling: Develop pilot frameworks, success criteria, and scaling models to ensure smooth client transitions and long-term adoption.
- Technology & Innovation: Shape the WaaS technology strategy, focusing on AI-enabled planning, automation, and workforce intelligence platforms.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Engage with global leadership and build strong cross-functional partnerships to align GTM strategy with delivery.
Essential Experience
- Senior leadership in Enterprise Solutions, WFM, Consulting, or CX/Outsourcing.
- Proven track record in market launch of complex services.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
