Job Description
We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our Inbound Sales team! The role is based at Adwick Park. You will take inbound calls from customers within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your responsibilities include assisting with retentions, selling additional products and services, and dealing with brand new customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from customers in the last 6 months of contract.
- Assist with retention and upselling additional products and services.
- Handle inquiries for new customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Customer Service role.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Clear criminal and credit records.
- Ability to provide references within the last 3 years of employment.
- Computer literate with ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Team player.
