Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – Polish Speaking

Location: GBR Belfast – Maysfield

Company: Concentrix

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid

Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shift pattern between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Address general inquiries from customers through social media and email.
  • Handle issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations.
  • Maintain a empathetic, patient, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent English & Polish verbal and written skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory).
  • Social media or content moderation experience (desired).
  • Fully flexible between 8am and 12am (Midnight) Monday to Sunday.
  • Minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps and a private, distraction-free location when working from home.
  • Clean record free from credit, criminal or disciplinary issues.
