Job Title: Customer Support Advisor β German
Company: Concentrix Limited
Location: GBR Belfast β Maysfield
Work arrangement: Work from home | Full-time permanent (40 hours per week) with a rotational shift pattern between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday. Hourly rate: Β£12.25.
Responsibilities
- Address general inquiries from customers through social media and email, including issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations.
- Maintain a demeanor that is empathetic, patient, friendly, cheerful, and professional.

Your qualifications
- Excellent English & German verbal and written skills
- Social media or content moderation experience (desired)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory)
- Fully flexible between 8amβ12am (Midnight) Monday to Sunday
- Minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private, distraction-free location when working from home
- Spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues
