Customer Success Expert – Office Based at Concentrix Limited

We are looking to grow our permanent Customer Success team. You will guide our customers through our online suite of products for our client Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. You will support Intuit customers on how to manage their QuickBooks online accounts and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our online suite of products for Intuit (QuickBooks Online) and help them manage their QuickBooks accounts.
• Deliver support via telephone and online queries; provide added value and upsell where appropriate to ensure customers get the best from available products.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service
• Experience in retail, hospitality, care or any other customer facing role
• Tech-savvy
• Enjoy adding value for the customer

What we can offer you

• Great city centre location behind Central Station
• Mon – Fri, 40 hours; 8am to 7pm; no weekends
• Permanent Full-Time contract
• Salary – £12.25 per hour – annual salary £25,480 plus bonus earning potential
