Concentrix Limited is looking for a Social Media Specialist to support VR experiences at our Belfast VR Hub. Join us to drive user satisfaction across social media and chat channels.

Job Details

  • Location: Permanently site based at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR).
  • Hours: 40 hours paid production scheduled between 1pm – 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Salary: £12.25 per hour.

What you will do

  • Provide a 'white glove' experience to customers via phone, online forums, social media platforms, and product review platforms.
  • Own and resolve issues for customers using the tools and resources provided.
  • Deliver assistance in an engaging manner supporting customers at all experience levels.
  • Provide professional responses to user comments and questions and resolve problems and issues.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Client and their products, embracing culture and tone of voice in every interaction.
  • Help identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and drive user satisfaction.
  • Identify and understand customer pain‑points at the earliest opportunity.
  • Monitor forum channels, review issues or concerns, and appropriately escalate/action those situations.
  • Contribute to a knowledge base of resolution.
  • Provide engagement activity support and overall community management services.
  • Continuously monitor activity and interpret posts correctly, ensuring responses are tailored to the client and their products' brand personality.
  • Create and promote engaging responses that encourage participation.
  • Develop user‑generated content to ensure that the online community achieves its goals.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience or in-depth understanding of social media support.
  • Fluent in English (B2 CEFR level) – English level requirement must be at least B2.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, between 1pm – 10pm.
  • Typing speed of 55 WPM and accuracy of 95%.
  • Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable.
