Job Description
You will manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats to support schools, exam markers, and families of students. The role requires clear communication across multiple channels, providing information, guidance, and reassurance, resolving queries effectively and escalating when necessary.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats.
- Respond to diverse customer service inquiries with accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently using available resources.
- Escalate issues when required to higher‑level support.
- Maintain compliance with structured processes and system usage.

What We Are Looking For
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal.
- Minimum of six months in a BPO or contact centre environment, or recent college graduate.
- Ability to follow structured processes and use multiple systems confidently.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a professional approach.
