The Vice President of Financial Systems is responsible for overseeing the financial systems and technology that support the organization's financial operations. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and management of financial software and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial systems strategies that align with the organization's goals.

- Demonstratable experience in finance or financial systems management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience with financial software systems (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with system implementation and optimization.

- Knowledge of Workday financials and EPM applications preferred.
