Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and organizational growth targets
  • Manage the sales lifecycle for upsell opportunities, from lead generation to proposal development and closure

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing enterprise accounts and leading commercial negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Content Moderation, Financial Crime & Compliance, Trust & Safety, or B2B environments
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 20%
