Job Title: Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor
Are you looking for a customer service role that really makes a difference to everyone you speak to? At Concentrix, we are Fanatical about our staff and the support that we provide to all of our victims that call every day and our team is growing.
We are currently recruiting for our Fraud and Cyber Crime inbound customer service line. This work from home opportunity will allow you to support victims of fraud and cyber crime as a first point of contact and gain all of the relevant information required for subsequent investigations to take place.
For this role you will be required to complete vetting in accordance with Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from victims of fraud and cyber crime, this is not an investigative role, all reports must be taken from victims in a professional and caring way.
- Some reports may be used in court cases, so attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Some calls received into this service can be of a sensitive nature, so excellent listening and questioning skills are essential.
- You don’t need to have worked in a contact centre previously but experience of working in customer service is preferred, although this could be a service provided either via telephone or face to face.
- IT skills are essential, you will ensure that all information is recorded onto the systems accurately, escalating when necessary to ensure that each caller is supported appropriately.
Our dedicated training team will provide you with all of the tools to do the job, and although there is a lot of information to take in, the team will support you through full comprehensive training and a nesting period where you will begin on the service with additional on the job support.
This is a 40 hour per week permanent contract. Shifts will fall between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday (5/7 days). (6 out of 18 half weekends)
Salary Per Hour – £12.25 ph, which then rises to £13.19 ph upon successfully passing your 6-month probation period.
Bonus potential up to £200 per quarter – based on attendance and quality measures.

Your Home set up:
To be able to work from home you must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work. You will also be required to use an Ethernet cable and connect it to your home router.

Before you can start, you will be required to undergo checks on your financial stability and criminal background. Please be aware that we cannot accept any application if you have active CCJs/IVAs/Bankruptcies/Insolvencies or Defaults on your credit file.
Vetting Process:
This role requires vetting in accordance with Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2. All successful applicants will be required to have:
– Continuous residence in the UK for the last three years
– A criminal record and financial background check conducted for yourself and your immediate family / co-habitees.
You must ensure you provide the above required information, failure to disclose will delay your vetting and/or withdraw our offer of employment to you.
