Are you working (or have you worked) in HR as a recruiter, People Analyst, HRBP, or Generalist – and looking to move into B2B consultative sales? This role is for you. We are looking for a Talent Solutions Consultant to join our commercial team in London. You will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions, employer branding, and people analytics to HR departments in mid-market and enterprise companies.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect and engage CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and People Partners
  • Run discovery calls and value-based demos (focusing on HR metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention)
  • Build commercial proposals aligned with real People team challenges
  • Close recurring contracts (SaaS or recruitment services)

What you must have (essential):

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (recruitment, People Ops, L&D, HR administration, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (ATS, onboarding, performance reviews, UK employment basics)
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and target-driven mindset
  • Genuine interest in learning B2B sales (full training provided)
  • Previous transition from HR to sales
  • Knowledge of HR Tech (LinkedIn Talent, Workable, Personio, HiBob, etc.)
  • CIPD qualification (any level)
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)

It's not required, but we would appreciate it if you were fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
