Principal People are recruiting for an Interim Health and Safety Advisor in partnership with a renowned property and estates management services organisation based in North-West London for a 3-6 month contract offering 3 days per week.
Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, the successful Interim Health and Safety Advisor will support the Health and Safety function to maintain a compliant and positive health and safety culture across the organisation and operations, undertaking basic risk assessments, health and safety audits, assisting with general health and safety queries and offering health and safety advice and support to the H&S function for this period.
Responsibilities
- Undertake basic risk assessments and health and safety audits.
- Assist with general health and safety queries and provide health and safety advice and support to the H&S function.
- Support the maintenance of a compliant and positive health and safety culture across the organisation and operations.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate minimum.
- Health and Safety experience within Estates, Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Building Safety, Hard Services, Corporate is ideal but flexibility on background for the right candidate.
- Flexible to work in a fluid and changing environment and ability to communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to work a 3 day per week role.
- Available to start immediately.
Compensation
Day rate of Β£350-Β£400/day, dependant on experience.
