Description

The client is looking for a User Researcher to join our multidisciplinary User Centred Design Capability, creating user-centred services for high profile customer programmes.

As a User Researcher, you could be working on a wide variety of project phases and domains. Whether it’s a rapid discovery phase for a new education product, usability testing a critical regulatory service, or providing wide-reaching insights to inform a full-scale business transformation in the healthcare sector, you’ll be working at pace to deliver research and recommendations that make a difference to digital services.

About You:

  1. 3+ years commercial experience in user research; this might have been as a dedicated user researcher or conducting user research as part of your role within a user centred design or service design team.
  2. Experience of using different user research methods (qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights on users and their behaviours.
  3. Ability to link research aims to the bigger picture, a project’s goals, or a customer’s strategic objectives.
  4. Confidence in developing and communicating research of core user research artefacts such as user needs, personas, journey maps, service blueprints and insights reports.
  5. Ability to explain your findings compellingly, develop effective relationships, and manage challenging stakeholders.
  6. Self-starter, proactive approach, drive, and energy.
  7. Creative and innovative in the way you work.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
